Withdrawal has been "processing" for over 13 days according to Fidelcrest's dashboard. No update, no ETA.
Account got disabled out of nowhere. Fidelcrest never replied to any of my emails asking why.
Support at Fidelcrest took over a week to respond to a basic account question, and when they did it didn't actually answer anything.
Fidelcrest closed up shop and every payout request from that final month just vanished with them.
Passed the instant funding challenge with Fidelcrest and then they found a reason to deny funding at the last step. Convenient timing.
Denied my payout citing a rule violation I was never told about. Fidelcrest's terms changed after the fact, feels like a bait and switch.
